If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods you have chosen please return them to us in the condition you received them within 30 working days. We will be more than happy to provide you a refund or exchange your item for an alternative product. Please return the items in the packaging you received them in. Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited; the delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.
If the products delivered are defective, not what you ordered, or damaged in any way please return them to us immediately. These will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform of breakage before sending them back to us and within three days of receiving the order.
When purchasing earrings, please be aware we withhold the right not to offer an exchange or refund on these items due to hygiene reasons.
